Добрый день, астрикс начал выдавать ошибку

не могу понять что с ним делать, файл поменял с бэкапа, но все равно ему не нравится

Судя по расположению файлов не в штатном месте (/etc) а в /opt/asterisk/sip/*.conf' Астериск вам поставил умелец, который "Я сам знаю где мне всё расположить в системе".

Первое сообщение говорит о том, что не хватает файла, который указан как инклюд.
Обычно, чтобы разбить большую конфигурацию на отдельные файлы, делается основной файл, в котором есть строки типа
#include sip_custom.conf
на включение в него других файлов.
Вот этого файла и не хватает.

Во втором сообщении (много букв!) ссылка на chan_iax2.c - это файл исходника, у вас его и не было, сообщение об ошибке с указанием строк в исходнике, для разработчиков. Какой-то peer '5000' (from 192.168.62.1) пытается зарегистрироваться, но ввиду отсутствия файла (-ов) у него не получается.

А сам каталог /opt/asterisk/sip/ есть? И есть ли у астера туда доступ?

Ошибка там..

Ну и судя по тому что много раз пытаетесь повторно назначать приоритеты диалплана для тех же паттернов - ветер в голове полный..
